M4M is run on a day to day basis by a highly motivated and dynamic team comprised purely of minority and migrant youth from Hong Kong.
We have also instituted a strategic and experienced Advisory Board, comprised of professionals across all fields, including charitable trusts, healthcare, academia, human capital, businesses and finance.
Together, they are committed to evolving Move4Migrants as a gamechanger in society.

PRADYUMN AND PANKHURI DAYAL FOUNDERS
Born and raised in Hong Kong, Pradyumn and Pankhuri consider Asia as their home and are committed to seeing economic enhancement for all communities through societal integration and government policies.
They believe that minority communities can contribute significantly to Hong Kong, however these communities need to first be economically empowered. This comes from enhancement in four key areas: healthcare, education, athletics and professional development.
Move4Migrants was born out of a desire to provide targeted aid to minorities and migrants in these key areas.
Apart from this, Prady and Pankhuri are nationally ranked public speakers and debaters, published writers and active members of student government. In his free time, Pradyumn plays squash, enjoys sailing, and reads anything he can get his hands on. Pankhuri is passionate about coding and the application of computing power to genetics.
